- Featured alcohol: Famosa beer from Guatemala and Quilmes beer from Argentina
- Featured music: Steve Stevens and Obituary

Intro music: “Anhelos” by Leechmaster
Outro music: “8-bit Junkie” by George Wood

Notes:  Sorry to start the show on a sad note, but Dio is one of those guys that simply can’t die.  He was rocking as hard into his 60′s as guys more than half his age.  He was one of the pioneers of metal, having played in Black Sabbath and Rainbow back in the ’70s and early ’80s before going solo.  RIP Dio.  More frustrating financial news.  Some funny and crazy WTF stories this week.  We sampled some international brews – Famosa lager from Guatemala and Quilmes pilsner from Argentina.  Both got thumbs up for different reasons.  Music this week is supplied by Steve Stevens and Obituary.  We really enjoyed making this show, we hope you enjoyed listening to it.

Notes:  This show is dedicated to the memory of Peter Steele, who made some kick ass music as the vocalist and bassist for Type O Negative and Carnivore.  We decided to play a bunch of Type O and Carnivore songs throughout the show, mixed in with our usual news articles and rants.  Cracker stopped by to lend some commentary and bring some really good beer.  Speaking of which, our featured alcohol for this show is Michelob Honey Lager, a smooth and light beer that we all agree is really good, and Kona Pipeline Porter, a surprisingly good beer that we all liked as well.  Don’t forget to spread the word about the show!

Intro music: “Cortina 666 Radio” by Leechmaster
Outro music: “8-bit Junkie” by George Wood

Notes:  I know, I’m a douchebag for getting the show posted so late.  Look at it this way, you get what you pay for…  This show is full of news, rants, and non-stop commentary, plus the usual mix of serious and oddball stories.  Check the links above, there’s some good ones!  Live webcams of the volcano in Iceland (plus a strange video game if you’re bored), spooky pictures, crazy Youtube videos, and more.  We delve into pale ales with a good Full Sail pale ale this week.  More good music from The Panic Channel and The Haunted.  Good stuff people!  Don’t forget to spread the word, tell your friends and family (don’t worry, most of them won’t think any less of you than they already do), and donate a few bucks to help the show.

Outro music: “8-bit Junkie” by George Wood

Notes:  More good stuff this week.  Let’s hope the scumbags in the Fed Reserve and the Treasury are forced to releases all of the documentation surrounding the Wall St bailouts in 2008.  Some serious stories, some wacky stories, and more rants!  Hey this week we feature Samuel Smith lager.  It’s pricey but it’s really good!  More gnome-metal from Finntroll and old school metal meets old school rap from Anthrax.  Don’t forget to enter our March contest and leave us some feedback!

Notes: Another BIG show.  It seems that there’s always so much to talk about but never enough time in each show to cover it all.  We’ve been pushing our shows out to about 1.5 hours now and it’s still not enough.  We say good bye to vodka and hello to beer – Blue Moon ale to be exact.  More insightful commentary from Cracker and Killer Mike.  Music from Ensiferum and a controversial song by Machine Head (dedicated to Dimebag Darrell).

- Featured alcohol: Vodka Shootout Round 1: Absolut vs. Smirnoff
– Featured music: Hawkins Hill

Intro music: Mystery #13 Music
Outro music: “8-bit Junkie” by George Wood

Notes:  Another action-packed show.  We don’t mind having guests drop in once in a while and share a thought, but what happens when our guests talk too much?  Unexplained microphone malfunctions, apparently.  We’ve dedicated the next few weeks to vodka, and this episode begins the competition with Round 1: Absolut vs. Smirnoff.  No real contest here…..  Also, great blues/rock provided by Ohio-based Hawkins Hill.  And finally, we uncovered David Lee Roth’s vocal track from “Runnin’ With The Devil” and madness ensues!

Oh yeah, there was a special code word somewhere in this episode…. something about $50 too….

Intro music: “Anhelos” by Leechmaster
Outro music: “8-bit Junkie” by George Wood

Notes:  So long 2009, don’t let the door hit you on the way out!  We do a quick wrap-up of some of the topics we covered this year and cover a few new articles from the past week.  It’s open season on corporate criticism in this episode, and we don’t hold anything back.  We bring in Elijah Craig bourbon whiskey to go bottom’s up against Maker’s Mark and the winner is crowned as the Bourbon Whiskey Champion of 2009.  This was a fun show, and at just over 1 hour 20 minutes, it’s also the longest.  We’re looking forward to an awesome new year…. there’s always plenty of bullsh*t to talk about.

(linked above)

Notes:  Our official “Christmas Show”, with a few guests to join in the holiday festivities (i.e. drinking whiskey, b*tching about current events, etc).  Following up on Part 1 of our Whiskey Showdown, Episode 9 features Part 2: Wild Turkey vs. Maker’s Mark.  It wasn’t easy picking a winner this time around, listen in to find out who won.  Also, this episode includes two featured bands: Balzac, a band from Japan, and Shihad, a band from New Zealand.  The crazy thing is that neither one of us knew which bands we were picking for the show, yet we both picked bands from outside the US that have their roots in punk rock (Balzac = more old school punk and Shihad = more nu-punk).  Plus our usual ghost updates to round out the show.  Leave us some feedback on the changes we’ve been making…. and we hope you have a great holiday weekend.

Intro music: “Cortina 666 Heavy Radio” by Leechmaster
Outro music: “8-bit Junkie” by George Wood

Associated Media:
(linked above)

Notes:  Another great show!  December is the month of change I guess, since we changed a few things with this show too.  We spread the music out and featured a brand new song from Slayer and a psychobilly band from Finland.  Also, the alcohol review is for two whiskeys in a head-to-head, bottom’s up competition.  Lots of randomness and we even kicked up the sound effects throughout the show.  This was a fun show and at just over 1 hour, it’s our longest show so far.  So much entertainment for so little money….. spread the word!  Don’t forget to leave us some feedback.
